lifetime... Products: cost, weight, color, surface treatment etc. Others: payment, packing details, delivery method, lead time etc. |
| 3. Purchasing Order | After the customer confirming the mould design and quotation. |
| 4. Mold Making | Confirm drawing, start to proceed DFM, mold flows and mold detail
agreed with the customer, then start to manufacture. |
| 5. Production Schedule | Send the weekly progress report with pictures to the customer. |
| 6. Sample Shoot | We provide the moulds test samples for confirmation(about 5 sets),
after receiving the signature sample from customer start to do mass
production. |
